Returns Policy
Please take a moment to check your order. If something is damaged, defective, or missing, we apologize. Please call our office immediately at 1-800-406-3627 to report the problem.
You may return items by following these directions:
1. You may return any item within 24 months from the invoice date. The items must be in saleable condition with no marks or price tags.
2. Please pack items carefully and include a packing slip with a list of the items included, the invoice numbers, and the reason for return. A copy of your original invoice, or a list of your original invoice numbers, date purchased and discount received will ensure that you receive proper credit.
3. We cannot accept collect shipments, but we will be happy to arrange for a pickup if the problem was our error.
4. Please place your name and address on the outside of the box as they appear on the "bill to" section of your invoice.
5. If there is more than one box, please mark each box consecutively. For example: box 1 or 2, etc.
6. Please send your returns, via UPS or the U.S. Post Office to:
