The consequences of prolonged snoring are very serious and many people don’t have a clue about how serious these are. I was happy to find out that I don’t have sleep apnea (yet) but I needed to make some changes to my lifestyle if I wanted to remain healthy and stop snoring. I like the fact that you can do most of the exercises in 5 minutes or less because you need to do them daily and it could have gotten tiresome to do them if they were longer. Did the exercises for about 5 days now and I can feel the difference plus my wife told me she hasn’t heard my snoring anymore. I’m hopeful that this will completely cure my snoring (or at least drastically reduce it) but we’ll see how it goes. Will be back with more details after more time using this.

    No device needed. No supplement. All you do is change your sleep position and do some simple exercises that take a few minutes. I got rid of my snoring within the first week so it worked for me.

I changed my sleeping position like Goodman said and I slept so much better and snored less! I felt more rested in the morning and I now can’t wait to go to sleep – in the past I used to dread it because I always woke up feeling so woozy.
